They say on sept. 22nd they aren't going to have the option and i don't understand why. I mean i have read in several different areas and in one area it says you can still offer it but then another area says you can't offer it.. im totally confused!! Are requiring us to pay for insurance when we sell now?!? as a seller i think only 1 time has the person bought insurance on an item but i liked being able to give the option.. if i have to pay for it mandatory then that's gonna end up screwing me out of money..
so can some one explain what they mean? talk to me like i'm two since apparently i'm having issues understanding several different sources that claim to explain it lol
